GÖTTING KG’s automated electric tow tractors represent the future of material transport in industry and logistics. With a towing capacity of up to 35 tons and automatic coupling and uncoupling, our driverless transport systems reduce the need for manual material transport – around the clock, precisely and reliably.
The tow tractors from Linde Material Handling and STILL, which are available in the P120 to P350 and LXT 120 to LXT 350 versions, are automated.

Whether for a single vehicle or an entire fleet with, for example, over 70 AGVs, GÖTTING has been impressing customers with tailor-made solutions for every project scope since 2008. Our systems integrate seamlessly into existing infrastructures, even in combination with manual vehicles or third-party AGVs, thanks to open interfaces such as VDA 5050, which have already been successfully implemented in practice.

Our AGV solutions offer maximum operational safety—even in mixed traffic with vehicles, AGVs, and pedestrians. The vehicles can be switched to manual mode at any time with a single hand movement—for quick intervention in emergencies or during recovery operations. The systems communicate seamlessly with conveyor technology, control stations, and merchandise management via Wi-Fi or 5G.
The automated coupling allows seamless integration into complex logistics processes—without any manual intervention. Whether gates, traffic lights, or fire alarm systems: our vehicles adapt to your infrastructure and meet even the most demanding customer-specific requirements.
Certified safety – integrated and smart
Our AGVs comply with ISO 3691-4 and offer a comprehensive safety concept that fully preserves the safety functions of the base vehicle. Precise sensor readings and tilt sensors accurately detect and process speed and steering angle.
Safety laser scanners reliably detect people, and additional scanners in the roof structure ensure machine protection. The dynamic safety field continuously adapts to speed, steering angle, and the environment to ensure maximum safety and efficiency. Trailers and special loads are also taken into account: By coordinating with the transport equipment in use, safe operation within the system is ensured.
The right navigation solution for every environment
With over 20 years of experience in the AGV sector, GÖTTING offers a broad portfolio of proven navigation and localization methods – from satellite localization and SLAM to transponder technology. This diversity enables precise orientation – even in complex or dynamically changing environments.
The specially developed Extended Localization System (E.L.S.) enables reliable positioning without artificial markers. Thanks to the combination of different navigation methods and many years of practical experience, GÖTTING is also ideally equipped for demanding outdoor applications.
Flexible, open, future-proof – movizon CONTROL
Since 2006, movizon, a subsidiary of GÖTTING, has been developing smart software solutions for AGVs in intralogistics. The movizon CONTROL fleet manager system is modular, scalable, and customizable—for efficient traffic control even in mixed fleets.
Thanks to VDA 5050, the system communicates independently of manufacturers and can be flexibly installed on a server in the factory or as a cloud solution. The web-based interface allows access from a PC or mobile device within the company network. Connections to higher-level systems such as LVS or MES are possible, as is use independently of GÖTTING vehicles.
Seamlessly integrated, precisely controlled, full control
Thanks to the technical access granted by the vehicle manufacturer, GÖTTING benefits from close integration into the vehicle control system.
Manufacturer interfaces enable precise control of the vehicle and seamless readout of vehicle sensors – for accurate and safe maneuvering in automated operation. The brake system of the base vehicle can be controlled directly – for maximum safety.
