Head of Accounting – Order Processing (m/f/d)
temporary parental leave replacement
Your tasks
- Ensuring accounting and order processing/merchandise management, including management of a small team (including order entry, creation of delivery notes and shipping documents with customs clearance, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, including invoicing, receivables management)
- You are our point of contact for credit institutions, tax advisors, logistics companies, etc.
- Control of payment transactions and financial planning
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, evaluations, key figures, statistics, preparation of balance sheets
- Reporting to management and credit institutions
- You are responsible for credit card statements, cash management, and travel expense reports.
- Interim and final project cost estimates
- Active participation in daily business
Your profile:
- You have completed vocational training in taxation with business administration knowledge or a comparable qualification.
- In-depth knowledge and professional experience in accounting (accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code, financial accounting, tax law) are available.
- Knowledge of order processing rounds off your profile.
- You are familiar with ERP software and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Very good spoken and written German and good spoken and written English
- You impress with your reliability and your independent, structured, and responsible way of working.
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- You are characterized by solution-oriented action, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
