Order Processing/Accounting Clerk or Export Clerk (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Order processing, including creation of delivery notes and invoices, delivery date monitoring
- Preparation of transport and export documents, customs clearance, freight forwarding declarations
- accounts payable
- Accounts receivable accounting, including dunning
- G/L accounting
- Travel expense and credit card statements
- Other administrative tasks such as commercial correspondence, statistics, cash management
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial vocational training, preferably with tax knowledge, or have a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience in accounting is available
- Knowledge of order processing or export/customs clearance rounds off your profile.
- Ideally, you have experience working with ERP systems.
- You are familiar with MS Office applications.
- Very good written and spoken German skills, good written and spoken English skills
- You impress with your ability to work independently, your reliability, and your team spirit.
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority
