Order Processing/Accounting Clerk or Export Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Order processing, including creation of delivery notes and invoices, delivery date monitoring
  • Preparation of transport and export documents, customs clearance, freight forwarding declarations
  • accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable accounting, including dunning
  • G/L accounting
  • Travel expense and credit card statements
  • Other administrative tasks such as commercial correspondence, statistics, cash management

Your profile:

  • You have completed commercial vocational training, preferably with tax knowledge, or have a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in accounting is available
  • Knowledge of order processing or export/customs clearance rounds off your profile.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with ERP systems.
  • You are familiar with MS Office applications.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills, good written and spoken English skills
  • You impress with your ability to work independently, your reliability, and your team spirit.
  • Customer satisfaction is your top priority
