Returning devices
Please follow this procedure for returns:
- Download the RMA form (PDF) and the Declaration of Decontamination form (PDF) below and fill in ALL highlighted fields. Fields highlighted in gray are for internal use by GÖTTING only. The declaration of decontamination must be supplemented with the safety data sheet of the contacting substance on a case-by-case basis.
- Then send both completed forms (including safety data sheet if applicable) by e-mail to
to rewe@goetting.de.
You will receive a notification with your RMA number as soon as your return request has been approved. Returns can only be made after you have received an RMA number from us.

Please note that
- the RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
- the declaration of decontamination must be clearly visible on the outside of the return delivery.
Please understand that return deliveries without an enclosed printout of the completed RMA form and a declaration of decontamination attached to the outside cannot be processed until this has been received.
Please note that the RMA number and a consecutive process number from your company must be quoted in all subsequent correspondence.
